Anger with awareness is useful

Anger is often just BS thrown up for defensiveness.  But those times you get angry are very useful to analyze, in my experience, as long as you honestly get to the root of what set off your tantrum.  It’s rarely the issue you claimed it to be, and it’s often something about yourself, or reality, that you wish weren’t true.

Emotional moments tell you something if you have awareness about what’s under the surface.
