Cut costs by saving time

Too often cost cutting efforts are limited to […] new equipment, travel […], and too little attention is paid to ways of saving money by saving time.

Streamlining procedures saves time, so it saves money.

Just say no can be applied to whole teams or companies, not just to your personal workload. What could be more efficient than simply not doing something that doesn’t really need to be done?
